Service Dates
Start date: Sunday, August 18, 2024
Thanksgiving Break:
There will be limited service from Thursday, November 23, 2023, through Saturday, November 25, 2023. Regular service will resume on Sunday, November 26, 2023.
Only flex dollars will remain active for use on Grubhub during the break.
End date for use in Berkeley Dining locations: Friday, December 20, 2024. (For on-campus meal plans, flex dollars, and add-on flex dollars will roll over from the fall to spring semester. For off-campus meal plans, flex dollars and add-on flex dollars only roll over if you purchase a meal plan for spring 2025.
Grubhub: Flex dollars will remain active from December 21, 2024, through January 15, 2025, for use on Grubhub.
Spring 2025
Off-campus spring meal plans available for purchase:
On campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 16, 2025. (Meal swipes, any remaining amount of flex dollars, and any roll over flex dollars)
Off-campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 16, 2025.
For students who had a fall meal plan and purchased a spring meal plan, your flex dollars and add-on flex dollars will automatically be active.
Spring break:
There will be limited service during Spring Break and only flex dollars will be accepted from Sunday, March 23, 2025, through Saturday, March 29, 2025. Regular service will resume on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
Only flex dollars will remain active for use on Grubhub during the break.
End date: Sunday, May 18, 2025 (All flex dollars will expire after this date. This is the last day to use flex dollars and add-on flex dollars.)
